Hi it's me qosic, welcome to my store! Orders are shipped from Australia so I apologize in advance about the shipping prices and transit time.
PLEASE READ:
- Due to the new German Packaging Act I will no longer accept orders from Germany
- Items are shipped in batches every 3-4 weeks. If "add tracking" isn't selected, orders are shipped with no tracking, but tracking can be purchased along with your order through the product page options.
- Pre-order items will take time to manufacture and ship. There may be postage delays or complications so I aplogize in advance and thank you for your patience! I will notify of any critical events but please expect a 1-2 month period after pre-orders end before shipping begins.
- Please understand all sales are final.
- The PDF sketch collection doesn't require your post address just your email address.
- The shipping price and delivery time varies with region. If you suspect your item has been lost please contact me via email ([email protected]) or twitter dms and I will try to work something out. Please note the minimum time for orders to arrive is around 7-21 business days but can take longer in certain circumstances.
- Unfortunately I am unable to provide replacements for orders without tracking but will accommodate for damaged products. Please understand the risk that comes with placing international orders without tracking.
- A shipping notification will be sent to your email when the order is shipped. It will have a tracking number attached if it was purchased alongside it.
- I do my best to maximise the use of recyclable or recycled material in packing each order! I urge that customers recycle packing material where they can :)
